An RMA # must be issued by Tevac in writing before any return can be made.  The RMA # must be included on the return label.

All return requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.

An RMA# can only be issued for items that are undamaged and in their original condition.

There may be up to a 10% restocking fee on returned items.

Custom items are not returnable for any reason.

All shipping charges must be prepaid on your account.  Tevac will not be responsible for the shipping charges for any returns.
