Net 30 for approved customers.  Past due invoices will be charged at a rate of (1.5% per month).

Cancellation Policy:   

If an order cancellation is requested any time after your PO has been placed, your order may be subject to a cancellation fee, up to 100%.  Please review your Order Acknowledgement carefully for any discrepancies. 

Freight:

FOB Tevac, Inc. Prepaid and Add or Customer Account.    Cutoff time for UPS shipments is 4pm E.S.T. for in stock items.  If it is after 4:00pm and you order needs to be shipped please let us know and we will make every effort to ship your package after 4:00pm.  Click Here for Shipping Terms

Returns:

Please email Tevac for an RMA within 10 days of receipt of goods.  Click Here for Return Policy 

Custom Items:

Please note that custom items are non-standard and are manufactured according to your specific requirements.  As a result, these sales are considered final.

Restocking:

A minimum re-stocking fee of 10% may be imposed on returned items unless the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or Tevac error.  In some cases, the restocking fee may be higher.

Limited Warranty:

There is a 90-Day limited warranty on all products; they are guaranteed to be free of defective materials and workmanship for 90 days from date of invoice.  Some suppliers provide an extended warranty, which is then passed on to you.

Limitation of Liability:

Tevac's liability is limited to repair or replacement, or a refund of original purchase price at Tevac's sole discretion.
